Exterior Process in Steps and Detail
Step 01: Power Washing & Cleaning
Pressure wash exterior at minimum 3000 psi to remove all dirt, dust, mildew and all other pollutants that prevent paint from adhering to surface. All mildew will be treated.
Step 02: Property Protection
Cover landscape, flower beds, bushes, grills and patio furniture with plastic and drop cloths to protect from paint.
Step 03: Carpentry
Replace all bad or rotten wood (i.e., siding, soffits, fascia boards, garage and door jambs). All loose boards will be nailed back down.
Step 04: Scraping
Loose paint will be scraped and evenly smoothed for cosmetic reasons.
Step 05: Priming
Prime all bare wood and metals to prevent or stop any peeling. Prime all major discoloring or weathered areas to prevent bleed through or color variations
Step 06: Caulk
Caulk all wood conjunctions, windows and entryways using a minimum of 40-year caulk.
Step 07: Painting
Application of paint will be done by sprayers, rollers and brushes. All paint will be applied with professional equipment only using superior and premium lines of paints available to customer’s choice.
